The bank building of tomorrow will not remain an anonymous office tower. In order to offset the digitalisation of the counter area, bank buildings will be transformed into public experience areas, in which customers and staff interface in a range of varying scenarios: around the pool, in the meeting room, in the restaurant, in the fitness room etc.
