CULTURAL CONTEXT
METAPHORS FOR WORK IN ANCIENT CHINA

In Chinese culture contrasting poles have always permeated all aspects of life. By tradition ‘Create & Recreate’ form a unity which today has to be re-interpreted all over again. The stone which is shaped by the water flowing over it and the water which is transformed into a cloud are symbols of a balanced working process.
