Launch of three new Sedus innovations - Sedus road show through Germany successfully concluded

Sedus spent two weeks touring Germany hosting evening events for dealers and planners during which three new products were presented which aim to revive and boost turnover in the office furniture business.

Further events and market launches are set to follow in the European subsidiaries. For Sedus, the initial feedback from the German market is cause for celebration! Details of the new products are given below:

Swivel chair family, Sedus match

With the swivel chair family, “match”, Sedus has once again demonstrated that over 130 years’ experience in the development of office chairs cannot be put down to luck. Sedus match combines innovative design, outstanding product quality and a sense of environmental responsibility with first-class ergonomic features. And, what's more, it comes at an unbeatably low price.

The “match” product family comprises a swivel chair and visitor chairs as either cantilever or four-leg models. The backrest and seat of the “match” family impress thanks to their ergonomically perfect fit. The philosophy: sit down and feel good. The result: an inner balance which not only aids relaxation but also provides a source of strength and creativity.

The “temptation” desk system which was launched at the last office trade fair, Orgatec, has proven to be a real hit in the market – a great reason to now expand the range with a C-frame. In “temptation c”, Sedus has created a desk system which combines design, ergonomics and economy.

With five different levels for height-adjustment, “temptation c” allows unparalleled dynamic working. From mechanical height adjustment using a lever through to the motorised solution with a generous adjustment range of 650 to 1250 mm. Whichever technology you opt for, the freedom to alternate the posture guarantees that working is kind on the back.

Sedus meet chair

The chair range Sedus meet chair (designship ulm) has also been extended. In addition to the four-leg model, a filigree sled leg frame model made from chromed steel is now also available. Perfect for use in bistros and canteens – this stackable model is the ideal choice wherever and whenever things have to be moved around quickly. The extremely comfortable, new sled leg model also scores well when used as a visitor chair. The robust yet highly flexible shell made of particularly easy-care plastic comes in five fresh colours.
