With “on spot” Sedus provides another answer to how working efficiently and being relaxed can be achieved at the same time. The shell that flows around the body, the comfortable armrest wings and the lumbar support are ergonomic qualities you can feel. Different frames offer variance customisable to the particular setting.
This new development based on an idea by designer Judith Daur is a variation of the existing “sweet spot” lounge chair she also designed. There are five shell colours and four frame versions to choose from. The latter can be realised in metal or wood, as a four-leg or a swivel chair with or without castors. Whether puristic or upholstered, users decide on the desired degree of comfort and create their own personal touch with their choice.
As a result, “on spot” offers a comfortable seating position perfectly balanced between an active and a relaxed posture. This allrounder is especially suitable for the increasingly important team and co-working areas and places of retreat, and also offers a little home comfort in the working environment. The product is designed so it also works well in combination with meeting tables – allowing a tangible culture of dialogue to be experienced.
