 “Sedus Insights” n.3 will turn the spots on “hactivism”, i.e the role of game changers that people in the office can have. we will talk about: the importance of engagment, the workplace as a place of participation, the employees’ involvement in office processes and strategies, the possibility of hacking a work setting to get the best results, the new forms of proximity, density of space, informal impact and horizontal hierarchy.
