Due to different ideas regarding the long-term orientation of the company, Mr. Kargruber left Sedus Stoll AG on 10. January 2023 by mutual agreement.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sedus Stoll AG, Dr. Klaus Eisele, thanks Mr Kargruber for his work in the Sedus Stoll Group and wishes him all the best for the future.
From now on, the company will be headed by Mr. Daniel Kittner, Chief Executive of Technology and Development, and Mr. Cornel Spohn, Chief Executive Finance, HR and IT. The Marketing and Sales divisions will be taken over by Daniel Kittner.
