With the new location in Fleetoffice II in Hamburg, construction services provider Implenia has brought three existing office sites together into a single unified working environment. Across approximately 1,910 m², a modern multispace concept was created for 135 employees, enabling exchange, collaboration and corporate culture. As a pilot project for the new Implenia working world, the office design consistently translates the corporate mission into everyday work: flexible, sustainable and aligned to the needs of employees and clients.

Together with specialist dealer partner Kirsch & Lütjohann, Implenia developed a design and material concept aligned with its corporate identity. The result is a versatile working environment that supports a wide range of activities while also providing space for future change. High-quality, agile furnishing solutions from Sedus provide the foundation for a working world designed for hybrid working.
Agile working & collaboration
Open team areas encourage spontaneous encounters, creative exchange and flexible forms of collaboration. Mobile, versatile stools like the se:lab hopper and se:dot, as well as the se:lab high desk, create dynamic work areas that support quick coordination as well as focused project work. The various seating and standing options enable easy changes of working posture and create a lively and active working atmosphere.
Meeting & seminar rooms
For meetings, workshops and training sessions, Implenia offers a diverse range of rooms with high adaptability. Foldable tables such as se:lab flip enable rapid reconfiguration of spaces, while the various versions of the mastermind table family provide optimal conditions for focused collaboration. The rooms are complemented by se:flex visitor chairs, ergonomic turn around swivel chairs and turn around high desk chairs for elevated workstations. Smaller exchange formats are also made possible with se:assist desks and on spot chairs. Writable pin and whiteboard elements se:lab pin & write promote creative knowledge exchange, while accessories such as the butler wardrobe round off the functional equipment in the room.
Hubs & intermediate areas
Meeting points for communication were created between the work areas to encourage informal interaction and facilitate encounters in everyday work. The agile meeting island se:lab island forms the heart of these zones. Complemented by the seating stools se:café soft stool and additional se:dot elements, flexible lounge areas are created that can be used both for short conversations and spontaneous team gatherings.
Canteen, bistro & cafeteria
The hospitality areas are designed as central places for communication. Furnished with se:assist desks, the raised se:café high bench and the versatile seating solutions se:spot and se:spot stool, create a relaxed atmosphere for breaks, informal meetings and exchange. As a result, the communal areas become lively meeting points that promote networking within the company.
Lounge & reception areas
The homely lounge with the se:living sofa and the accompanying desks creates an inviting and warm atmosphere. The design combines comfort with professionalism and reinforces Implenia's commitment to a modern, people-centred working environment.
